What is UX?

UX stands for User Experience and is about how a person experiences a product, service, or website from beginning to end. It covers everything from how easy it is to find the right information to how pleasant and smooth it feels to use something.
Good UX makes the user feel safe, engaged, and satisfied, while poor UX can cause frustration and lead people to abandon the product. As a UX designer, the goal is to understand users’ needs and behaviors through research, testing, and observation. Based on these insights, one creates solutions that are both functional and visually appealing, with the aim of making every interaction feel simple and meaningful.
UX is not only about design. It is about creating a complete experience that makes people want to return and use the product again. It combines psychology, design, technology, and empathy, always keeping the user at the center.
